The Waterproof Silicone Sealant (9900) is designed to address these issues directly, with a neutral-cure silicone formula that bonds to most common building materials and holds under sustained exposure to water and weather.

The sealant comes in a standard cartridge format for use with a caulking gun. The nozzle allows precise application into narrow joints, cracks, and gaps without mess or wastage. Once applied, it cures to form a flexible, watertight seal that accommodates minor structural movement without cracking — an important property for exterior applications where thermal expansion and contraction are factors.

Where It Can Be Used

Rooftop Waterproofing — Apply along cracks, joints, and parapet edges to prevent water infiltration during rain.

Water Tanks — Seals cracks and joint gaps in concrete and fibreglass water storage tanks. The cured sealant is stable in contact with stored water.

Bathroom and Kitchen Tiles — Fills and seals deteriorated grout lines, gaps around fixtures, and tile-to-wall joints.

Metal and Aluminium Surfaces — Bonds effectively to steel, aluminium, and galvanised metal — useful for sealing around roof sheet joints, duct connections, and metal frame gaps.

Paintable

Once fully cured, the sealant surface is paintable — meaning repairs can be finished to match surrounding surfaces rather than leaving a visible bead of silicone that stands out from the wall or roof.
