Jamunesh is a retail business based in Surat, Gujarat, selling a range of consumer products across categories including kitchen tools, personal care, wellness, home utility, outdoor accessories, and gifting. All transactions are conducted directly between Jamunesh and the customer.

We make every effort to describe our products accurately — including specifications, dimensions, materials, colours, and functionality. However, minor variations may exist between product images and the actual product due to photography lighting, screen display differences, or minor manufacturing updates by suppliers. These variations do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time your order is accepted by Jamunesh.

Jamunesh reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and will inform you of the correct price before proceeding with fulfilment.

 

Orders and Acceptance

An order placed with Jamunesh — whether by phone, email, or any other channel — constitutes an offer to purchase. Jamunesh reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. An order is considered accepted only when Jamunesh confirms it and provides a delivery commitment.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Jamunesh accepts payment through methods agreed upon at the time of purchase. Full payment or agreed advance payment must be received before dispatch unless a specific arrangement has been made.

In the event of a payment dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication before pursuing any other course of action.

 

Delivery

Jamunesh delivers to customers across Surat and other locations in Gujarat and India, subject to logistics feasibility. Delivery timelines communicated at the time of order are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery. Jamunesh is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers once the product has been dispatched.

If a product is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

Warranty

Warranty terms, where applicable, are determined by the product manufacturer and will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. Jamunesh does not independently warrant products beyond what the manufacturer provides, except where required by applicable law.

Warranty claims must be directed to Jamunesh, who will coordinate with the manufacturer or supplier on your behalf where possible.

 

Limitation of Liability

Jamunesh's liability in connection with any product sold is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a product, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of income.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on the Jamunesh website — including product descriptions, images, logos, and text — is the property of Jamunesh or its content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission from Jamunesh is prohibited.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from transactions with Jamunesh will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat.

 

Changes to Terms

Jamunesh reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be effective from the date it is published. Continued engagement with Jamunesh after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
